Record a Virtual Therapist role-play. Choose the clips afterward.
Recorded entertainment only
Virtual Therapist is role-play. It is not therapy, mental-health care, treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for a qualified professional.
Choose the format before the topic. The off-camera AI uses a quieter opening, restrained follow-ups, and continuity across a long recording. When you stop, WeaverClip finds strong moments the same way it does for interviews and other role-plays.
What changes when you choose this format
A quieter off-camera role
The AI listens, reflects the words you used, asks one short question, and leaves room for silence. It does not prescribe a next step or force a lesson at the end.
One first look, then only when asked
With WeaverClip camera recording, the AI receives one current frame for optional visual context. It refreshes only when you explicitly ask it to look. WeaverClip does not save a separate snapshot file.
Continuity inside a long recording
When a long recording changes Realtime connections, the next connection keeps the facts, open threads, and language already used. It continues without a second greeting or making you repeat yourself.
The same clip workflow afterward
When recording ends, WeaverClip transcribes the footage and ranks complete, standalone moments. You choose which suggestions become captioned clips; the live role-play does not interrupt to chase a clip.
Start with defaults. Change only what matters.
The required path is format and topic, recording setup, then preflight. Tone, depth, pace, private context, and boundaries are available without turning setup into five pages.

Questions answered plainly
Is Virtual Therapist therapy?
No. It is a recorded entertainment role-play. It is not therapy, mental-health care, treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for a qualified professional.
Does the AI claim to be licensed or diagnose me?
No. The role is instructed never to claim credentials, diagnose a condition, or discuss medication or dosage. Those limits cannot be changed with custom style settings.
What happens if someone describes immediate danger or self-harm?
The performance stops. The AI does not keep probing for the recording. It directs the person to real-world crisis or emergency support and does not return to the role-play.
Can it see me?
During WeaverClip camera recording, it receives one still frame at the start—not continuous video. If you ask a current visual question, such as what you are holding, WeaverClip sends a fresh frame before it answers. It can describe ordinary visible facts, but it is instructed not to infer health, identity, mood, attractiveness, or other sensitive traits.
Will WeaverClip still find good clips?
Yes. Every recorded role-play enters the same post-recording transcript and moment-ranking workflow. The live host stays present in the conversation; clip selection happens after recording.
What do I have to set up first?
Choose Virtual Therapist first, write one sentence about what the recorded conversation should cover, then choose camera mode, voice, and length. Tone, depth, pace, boundaries, and private context have working defaults and remain optional.
You stay on camera. The AI stays off-camera.
Record the conversation, end it when you choose, then review the transcript and ranked moments before rendering any clip.
