Email WeaverClip support.

Email support@weaverclip.video. Include the email on your WeaverClip account and the session or clip name when relevant. Never send passwords, complete card numbers, or other authentication secrets.

If footage is actively recording, include the approximate start time, device, OBS version, and the exact upload status shown in WeaverClip. Do not move or delete files in the WeaverClip upload folder while an upload or verification problem is being investigated.

Include the charge date and amount, but never send payment-card details. Our cancellation, refund, and dispute process is described in the billing policy.
